Get EasyCard application agreements
Returns the business EasyCard application agreement texts for eSignConsent, cardTerms, infoAccuracy, and noSolicitation (same keys as POST /business/application agreements). Public; no authentication required. Content comes from retail CMS when active identifiers exist (business_esign_consent, business_card_terms, business_info_accuracy, business_no_solicitation); otherwise falls back to the retail crypto-card application copy and legal links.
