Pagination

List endpoints return page-number pagination. You can jump to any page directly and see how many pages exist.

Endpoint-specific query parameters (search, filters, sort, fields) are documented on each route in the API Reference.

Rate limits

All authenticated API traffic is rate limited per business account. Limits apply across your servers combined. When you are rate limited, the API returns 429 Too Many Requests. Response headers include X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining, and X-RateLimit-Reset. When you receive 429:
  1. Stop retrying immediately for that account.
  2. Wait until the window resets (check X-RateLimit-Reset).
  3. Use exponential backoff before resuming.
  4. For status flows, prefer webhooks over tight polling loops.

Monetary amounts

All monetary fields in requests and responses are integer cents (minor units). The account currency uses two decimal places (for example USDC). Display amount (major units) = cents / 100 API amount (cents) = Math.round(majorUnits * 100)
Examples
Always send whole integers to the API. Format decimals only in your UI.

Errors

Validation errors may include an array of field messages in message. When KYB is not approved, operational endpoints return 403.
