After EasyOnRamp verifies the incoming fiat transfer and approves the deposit, your treasury is credited in the deposit currency (for example ZAR). If the deposit was created with fundEasyCard: true, conversion to USDC and corporate programme funding start automatically after approval. Otherwise use Trading when you need USDC for cards. Use either polling or webhooks. You do not need both.

Deposit lifecycle

  1. Create deposit: status is waiting_pop (waiting for proof of payment).
  2. Submit proof: status becomes pending (ops review). Still counts toward treasury pending balance for that currency.
  3. Ops decision: approved, declined, or expired.
Option A: Poll GET /business/treasury/deposits/{id} until status is approved, declined, or expired. See Rate limits if polling.
GET /business/treasury/deposits/DEPOSIT_ID
Response (waiting for proof)
Response (submitted to ops)
Option B: Subscribe to webhooks. See Deposits (deposit.*).

  1. Confirm balances with Check balance
