Creating a card for an end user requires an approved EasyCard application and an enrolled user. There is no per-user personal application.

Before you start

  1. Business KYB approved
  2. GET /business/application status is approved
  3. End user created (POST /users) with KYC approved when required
  4. User enrolled and GET /cards/users/{userId}/enroll status is approved
See the full checklist: Quickstart

Step 1 - Enroll the user (if not already)

POST /cards/enroll
Wait for card.enrollment.approved (or poll enroll status).

Step 2 - Issue the card

Virtual card

Send physicalAddress unless the user already has one stored (from create/update user or a prior physical issue). See Virtual and physical cards.
POST /cards/users/USER_ID/issue

Physical card

Call GET /cards/fees first. If physicalCardFee is greater than zero, include acceptCharge: true (or the issue call returns a 400 with the charge). See Virtual and physical cards. Physical cards require shippingAddress. For bulk fulfilment, add optional bulkShippingGroupId set to the address id from Bulk shipping addresses. The issue API does not inject a default; omit the field for individual shipping.
GET /cards/fees
POST /cards/users/USER_ID/issue
Response:
